What are you planning on flashing it with? Unless you have the correct kit
to do the job, either stick to official service centres if the phone's under
warranty, or pay someone to do it for you.

Just upgraded to V4.0526.2 firmware
Much nicer!
The MP3 is still mono, but at least it now has some bass!
And the annoying beep is still there, but at least it's quieter!

Hopefully i have inspired you to upgrade your firmware.

Take it to your nearest Nokia Care Centre, if it is still under warranty
then it should not cost you anything.
