Unlock code for 6230, why won't it work ?

I've got a 6230 locked to Voda.
I've tried the DCT4 Calculator by Cyberdog & Hollowman v1.4,
but none of the codes will unlock the phone, any suggestions please.

Try Mobile Liberation on google search for online unlock codes payment by
paypal only.

just remember that you only get 5 tries in total so if you have entered the
wrong codes and you use up your 5 tries then you will need to have it
unlocked via a cable/box solution..
