Phone connections

I'm having problems connecting my n6600 to the pc, using pc suite for
6600 and my bluetooth device, ms-6967;
when i try to establish a conn, pc suite says something like
"the COM ports you are trying to use are already in use by another app,
can't open the port."
Fact is, i don't know how do reassing those COM ports, nor does the
bluetooth software lets me.
