The Nokia 6256i is not like the 6255i. In order to get to the contacts
you have to press three buttons. The standard Nokia enables you to
press just the scroll key to hit the contacts. I will be honest, I
think that Verizon has great customer service, but the phones are bad
and the supposed quality is a myth.
