Nokia Website & Nokia multimedia convertor software.

Are Nokia usually very slow at answering email?
I downloaded a Nokia multi media convertor suite off Nokia website which
required a serial number, i then requested the (free) serial number to
activate the s/ware.........that was more than a week ago :-/

Perhaps someone has the serial number they would share ( the program is
freeware).......
