Nokia 6680 how Can I perform full backup?

Hi,
How Can I make a full backup of this phone. I need to transfer some aplications
and folders from old to new mmc card. Nokia Pc Suit allows to copy some folders
only

Do you have a card-reader connected to your PC?

If so: format the new MMC-card IN YOUR PHONE; copy the contents of your old
MMC-card (with the card-reader) to your PC; put your new formatted (in your
phone) into the card-reader, copy the contents from the PC to your new
MMC-card -> et voila !
