I own one and while it's a great little phone, it is hard to hear the
other person sometimes. This has been noted in various forums (but I
didn't notice it until *after* I bought the phone).

2 more things. The camera and display are extremely low res, and the
standard charger won't fit it. Not too surprisingly, Nokia doesn't seem to
stock the adapter in the US, forcing it's users to buy all new chargers. I
found mine on ebay from some cell phone shop in London for about $20,
    including exchange rate and shipping.

There's an easy answer to the "hearing problem". Try moving the phone up or
down on your ear (probably down) and the sound will be MORE than loud
enough. The headphone hole in the top of the phone is way too small, thus
you have to make sure you have the phone positioned right on your ear.

Nah, that can't be right. it sounds too simple. ;-)

Thanks, I'll try it and see how it goes.
