coded sms messages

Hi there,

I received an sms message but it has come in some sort of wierd code. Does
anyone know how to decipher it? I would really appreciate it.

The code is :

Not a chance, unless the person who sent it to you can give you the key.
Normally these are generated by third party software on the phone and
there is NO point sending it to another person unless they have the same
software on their phone to decrypt it.
