Best way to back up 3230 contacts for use on N70

I'm getting a new mobile & SIM soon and want to back up my contacts to my
PC, what is the best software to do this?

I know that PC Suite can copy the entire memory contents but it is really
just the contacts that I want.

PC Suite is ideal for what you want as you can decide which items you
want to transfer. You can even create a 'backup' folder in Outlook to
synchronise with.

Even better, it's free, as opposed to Oxygen Phone Manger, which I've
found to be big, buggy and expensive. You don't really get any usefull
extra features in it for the money. I bought a copy a while back & to
be honest, I've gone back to PC Suite. It was a waste of money!

PS I'm also fed up (as I suspect many people are) with Oxygen using
this forum as a cheap advertising hoarding.
