Does anyone actually work at T-Mobile customer services?!?!? No matter how
long I leave it going no-one picks up at the other end.
I've got a duff SIM card from them and I want to transfer my number over
from Vodafone but there doesn't seem to be anyone working there plus I have
to pay since I cannot ring 150 due to the duff SIM card.
AARRRRGGHH!!

Yes, it's true. I've been porting numbers and things recently and its a
nightmare! 30 minutes is not unusual, occasionally cut off. There is an 0845
4125000 number but that's as bad. It's certainly a major shift from the
respectable times they had not so long ago - ahhh, those were the days....
