My 7610 recently downloaded via bluetooth in Morocco a spurious
application. Now it is sending picture messages to numbers I don't
know. Some fail & sit in the out box; when I delete them, they become
deferred automatically. Some get sent. How can i get rid of this
unwanted virus?

It it visible as an application (maybe java?). If so then try and delete it
as you would delete a game or application that you loaded yourself.
If not, then try taking out battery and starting phone up from cold.
If that doesn't work - do a master reset on your phone (remember you'll lose
all your settings and personalisations).
If that still does't work - I'd be heading to a Nokia service centre.
Maybe you could try loading an antivirus program onto your phone? Anybody
know where one might be available?
good luck,
Craig.
