Two questions about model 6030

I see that the start-up tone can be turned off, but I would like to
turn the shutdown tone off.
Where is this done, or can it be done?

Also, does this phone support PC connectivity? It has a small
(firewire?) port, and the salesperson said it can be used to load
ringtones, but didn't know for sure.
I'd like to know the full capability of PC connectivity.

Documentation and website say little about the above that I have seen
so far.

Tne Nokia Web site says that 6030 doesn't support PC connectivity. I think
that the plug at the bottom of the phone is for hands-free.

There is no (official) PC-connectivity. The connectors at the bottom of the
phone are for hands-free, charger and a service connector.
