My elderly mother has a relatively new Nokia Model 2630 to replace her
old phone. The 2630 is set up to send SMS messages far too easily
resulting in partly finished messages or empty messages being sent
etc.

Her old Nokia phone had a message when the send key was pressed, asked
something along the lines.....ok to send message to Bill Smith, number
12345678 which gave the option to opt out.

Can the 2630 be set up to display this message.

Obviously I'm not much of a phone guru either.
