I sent my nokia e71 to somebody that had won it in my ebay auction. We
are in dispute over whether the item arrived. The guy seems to have
two mobile numbers on the go. Is there anyway of finding out whether
he is using my nokia e71 to make these calls? If so I could complain
to ebay or perhaps get the phone locked.

    Any help very appreciated.

guess no only if you installed some location tracking hidden service before
    you send it to them....
    think your mobile is lost.

Well, these phone have ID numbers in them, so that the
providers can lock them, if you have that ID number
    it could be checked out.

Unless you have the ID number of the phone itself.

Many stolen phones get sold overseas, so they can still be used even
if your local networks have blacklisted them.

Whatever has happened to it just get the IMEI blocked, he then won't be able
to use the phone on any UK network or Orange

Further to last, also have a look on Ebay to see if anyone was selling an
    E71 shortly after you.

I can't see that many turning up on ebay, and the chances are that your
buyer has quickly sold it on in anticipation that it is will be blocked.

Well, you can report it stolen and have the phone blocked using the
IMIE code - that way the phone cannot be used.
In case the guy just "took" it he will not be able to use it

You should be able to unblock it if it returns

Ah okay I see that had to deal with this before.
And i know, many truckcompanies sometimes see their
gps system in their truck appear again in some foreign country,
the truck was stolen, they could contact the local authorities, but
they do nothing, or catch em to get a bribe out of em, not very helpfull.
