Restore Phonebook on 7650

Today I had my 7650 replaced by Orange. Before I did, I had my phone backed
up onto my PC and now I want to put my contacts onto my new phone, however
PC Suite detects it as a new phone and I can't restore my old settings as
it's not the same phone.
How can I get my phone book onto my new phone? Which file in the backup is
it?

Also, my old phone was firmware 3.16, my new one is 4.39... anyone know of
the differences?

Don't worry, I managed it... The file is cunningly named "Contacts.cdb" I
just did a backup of the new phone, overwrote the Contacts file then
Restored it!
