Do any Nokia phones have GOOD display? 6360 does NOT!

I currently have the Nokia 6360 phone and think it has
a terrible display. Hard to see.... dim.... washes out
in sunlight...etc.

What models of the newer Nokia phones have GOOD
displays?

My buddy has a Sanyo 4900 phone for use with Sprint....
and the display is bright enough to change a tire by at
night!!

Nokia have anything like this display??

I've used my 7650 to light up several dark paths, but i don't think you can
get it in the land of the illiterate presidents...

Right now, only the Nokia 7650 (not available in the US) or the Nokia 3650.

The only bad thing of Nokia 3650 light display is that it work for a
very little amount of time. Light works only for 15 sec and then it go
dark

My only complaint about the 6800 is its small view, so I didn't include it
on my (small) list. :-)

Man, I can't wait until the 6600 comes out as a subsidized phone out in the
US though. :-)

My 6590i has a wonderful display and is illuminated by an even Indiglo-like
light. It's the easiest cell phone I've ever owned to read.

Have you tried changing the contrast on the Nokia 6360 display? It has an
option to change display contrast. Just a thought...

If you want a REALLY bright screen, nothing beats the Sony Ericsson
P800. Nokias have always been bad for me.

Nokia 3650 is just the best phone i ever owned uptill this very moment.
And yes, the display is awsome... try playing GeoPod on it... or Doom

The Nokia 2100 has an easier to read display and I used it for as long as it
lasted. The microphone is busted and the battery doesn't work any more and
so went into my antique collection. It is really heavy to carry and weighs
almost as much as a communicator though.

Pugno: Try getting Extended Profiles Pro, it lets you control the period
of time the screen stays on... pretty cool options too...
