newbie question re lead for 6310

I now know that I have to convert my phone via pc to phone to upgrade the
nokia disk, bringing back the currency converter. What kind of lead do I
need between the pc and phone. There was no lead with the phone

If you just want a datacable, search google for a "nokia 6310 datacable" or
something similar, and you can get a FBUS/MBUS cable that should work for
around a tenner. If you want a lead that'll also let you use the phone as a
modem, you need a DLR3 (or compatible) cable, these are a bit more expensive
and may cost 15 - 20 quid.

You should be able to find a cable connecting the phone to the serial port
of your PC. They gave me one with my Nokia 9210i along with a QEye digital
camera, especially since I paid $750 for it. It still wasn't work the money,
though.
