Colour Operator Logos on 7210

I have a nokia 7210 and use a custom wallpaper and ive been reading that
you can get colour operator logos. Is this true? If so can you have
both at once, like have the logo over the background (if that makes
sense).

If so could anyone point me in the direction of the software to do it
and any op logos. Im after a blue o2 symbol if you can get them.

Any help would be great. Thanks
