Hi,

I'm having some problems installing the PC Suite and could really do with
some help !!! I have installed the Nokia cable (DKU-5) as directed and
installed the PC suite as directed.... when it first starts up it recognises
that a new phone is connected and I am prompted to "Enter familiar name for
detected phone" What ever I type in the ****** thing wont accept it and the
dialogue box pops up again... in the end I have no choice but to abort
which means I cannot use the phone browser function. I've tried
re-installing several times and even using the Nokia register "cleaner" with
no luck.

Any suggestions ????
