I want to change the available languages on my Nokia 6310i phone.

I'm in the UK and would like to know if 'any' Nokia Service Centre will
change the Language Pack on my phone.

Also, will I be charged for this service? My phone is currently under
    guarantee.

    Thanks!

They *might*. If you talk nicely to them, and they are willing. Bear in
mind that this is not warranty work, so in all probability, if they do it at
all, they may well charge for it, even if the phone is still in the warranty
    period.

If you can't get them to do it, most of the regulars in here should be able
to do the job for you.

The won't because they don't have the software to do so. This is the
    preserve of unlockers.

Not exclusively it isn't. Much as I like to increase business, I know of at
least 2 NSC's in the UK (not much use to the OP as they appear to be in
Germany) that will change the language packs, if approadched in the right
    way, and asked *very* nicely.
