Please Help:: NokiaSuite

My daughter wants to put nokiasuite on her laptop Older. But it says
an older ver is installed and wants it uninstalled. I have edit the
reg. and searched for files. There is none now. BUT no install

1. Contact Nokia about it, have no idea where it would be storing info to
confuse the update.
2. System Restore perhaps to before installing - but don't think have many
options here in this instance.
3. Do a fresh install of Windows from scratch, irritating but will clear it
and may make PC faster...
(This is what I would do, cos I am dead fussy over things like that)
