I read on:

that sometimes the network operator prevents you from having an "always
online" connection to GPRS. I have a feeling that O2 Ireland are doing
that, even though Vodafone Ireland are the crowd that charge you an initial
connection fee.

Is there any way that I can get the always online indicator connected?
