Outlook Sync Failed

I am trying to sync my 6310i with Outlook over IR. I have the latest PC
Suite, connection is made with phone, trying to just sync the contacts and
when I click sync I get a message saying 'Failed to open Outlook'. Outlook
is installed and opens correctly!

Any ideas?

Do you have Outlook open when you try the synch? That is the only way
it will work for me. I think some Microsoft security update has caused
this, because the synch didn't require Outlook to be open when I first
installed PC Suite. I'm on a DSL connection, so I just keep Outlook
open but minimized, all the time.
