We have three 5185i (Verizon) phones in our family. Two of them are =
developing a problem of intermittently turning themselves off. Having =
the keyboard lock engaged has no effect. This has happened during =
conversation and while in stand-by mode. The batteries appear OK and I =
have cleaned the contacts on both the batteries and the phones. Is this =
a common problem, and what can be done?
Otherwise, we like the phones...Thanks, John =20
