I assume you mean Who ever ....

Nothing. I don't expect a payment. Sometime a free release is given,
that is all, but not usual.

Oxygen sold me a program, made me testing and finally said "thanks,
but now your licence is due, pay again".
SO i told Oxygen THEIR licence with me is due and THEY have tp pay
    again. Strange: they don't.

    Honesty.

    Nice and easy is www.simstore.com

    needs no software at all

This new service gives anyone with a mobile phone the ability to backup
their mobile phone address book onto the wired or wireless internet. In the
event of disaster the data can be restored. With in excess of 10% of the
global mobile phone user population encountering some type of phone disaster
in which they lose their data every year this new service is invaluable.

SimStore operates in two modes: Wireless and Wired. Customers can store and
restore their phone books directly from their phone, over the air (OTA).
This mode is supported by over 90% of the phones on the market today with
SimStore supporting most 2G phones and above. Alternatively users can add
contacts directly into our secure database via the website. "With the mobile
phone operators rapidly trying to recover costs from their 3G build out they
have forgotten that they have yet to deliver a fully functional 2G service."
proffers Colin Weir, CEO of SimStore. "Sending low resolution pictures may
be interesting and generate good revenue for the operator but if I don't
have my friends' contact information because my phone just got nicked then
that's not a lot of help to anyone. SimStore exists to make mobile phone use
easier and more reliable, as well as fun"

True, they're usually fast... I was hopping an answer from them on Monday
    (week-end rules :-) ), we're on Tuesday, still nothing :-)

Seems quite expensive if you have to keep sending SMS messages.
