opera on nokia 3650

i start my phone with abc pressed, when it's on i've aprox 2.6mb of memory
(is this ok?).. i run opera, after 5-6 minutes that i browse the web i get
"memory full" repeatly and i must kill opera... what can i do?

What does the "with ABC pressed" do differently from just booting the
device?

starts nothing.. if u have smartlauncher screen saver and others they will
not bring up
