When I am home, I want to leave my cell phone plugged into the charger, and
turned on at all times, since this will be my primary phone. In doing so,
will I shorten the battery life, or will it be drawing on the AC power. The
    model is 3360.

    Thanks very much.

Well, I believe it would shorton the battery life if you charge it when
it ISN'T empty-> near empty, (my opinion)

The charger (or actually the phone, 'cause the logic is there) uses a
diffrent charging method when the phone is left with the charger pluged-in,
so it doesn't harm the phone.

    Good Luck

Agree. But it will have a little consumption regarding power, as the charger
isn't perfect - this involving losses, that's what heats up the charger BTW.
Having calculated the efficienty rate of my ACP7 I found that it was 27% -
very poor, but common with these tiny transformers...
