7210 Can't show Cell info (Orange)

Just had my software updated on the 7210, to latest version.
On the Orange network.

Menu > Settings > Phone settings > Cellinfo Display

When I select this, nothing happens at all, it just stays off.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is set by Orange or could it
be a faulty update?

Orange don't do Cell broadcasts IIRC

according to the manual, that feature is network dependent. on my phone on
fido (microcell) it doesn't work either.

Orange don't support it, never have.
