    Yes. Use Logomanger, Logoexpress or Oxygen Phone Manager software.

    They live anywhere in the Gallery or hidden folders in the phone. You can
    set a new logo using MobiMB - the file must be uploaded to the phone, then a
    special command sent to the phone to set it as the logo.
