DCT4 Code generator...

Does anyone have any information about generating unlock codes? I believe
the system used for my 3510i is the DCT4 algorythem but cant find a
generator for it. All I know at the moment is that there is a piece of
software that works in conjunction with a hardware dongle, your IMIE and
network (expressed as a code).
Anyone know anything about this or interested in further discussion?
