I have a 6310i which appears to have no Caller Groups defined. When I select 'Names/Caller Groups' I am returned to the inital screen. I have used a USB Data Suite cable to download my phone book to a PC and I can assign caller groups defined there agai
nst each entry but when uploaded they do not appear on the actual phone.
Has anyone got any ideas how I can activate caller groups from the 'Names' menu?

    Thanks in advance

mine is V5.22 and to get to caller groups you push

    Names>up arrow>Caller Groups

    I'm on V5.5.

I can get to the option by the same route as yourself but nothing happens other than I am returned to the initial display showing my service providor.

    Any ideas?

Quick question how long have you had the phone and have you read any sim
    updates,
deleted them and switched the phone off and on ?

Also what network out of curiosity ?
