Hi
I have purchased data cable fro Nokia 3310. I am able to access 3310 using
logomakes.
I am intrested in getting protocol for access 3310 from PC ( by writing my
own application)
Can some one give me information on following
1) At what boud rate 3310 works with datacable
2) When i keep boud rate at 9600 and start mobile i get some junk data in
serial port this may be because of boud rate problem or data is non ascii
3) From where i can get protocol information so that i can access phone book
and send sms using datacable through PC.
4) Is there any sample program available for this.
5) whether 3310 supports AT command or any other protocol is used to
communicate for this
Thanks and regards

Re: 3310 interface with PC details
If you wish to develop your own application for this model, we can offer our
powerful developing tools for this model:
1) Oxygen SMS ActiveX Control http://www.smsactivex.net
Enables to view battery and signal level, manage SMS messages and 'Plus'
edition also enables to manage plain tones (upload, send with SMS messages)
and logos (operator, start-up and caller group ones).
The control can be incorporated into any programming environment that
supports ActiveX controls (e.g. ASP, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft
Visual C++, Microsoft Access, Borland Delphi, Borland C++ Builder, ASP,
etc.).
2) TOxygen SMS Component for Borland Delphi and C++ builder- the most
powerful component for SMS management. TOxygenSMS component is designed to
give an access to SMS and Calendar capabilities of Nokia GSM phone from a
Windows program.
SMS section allows you to send, receive, read and delete messages from
Inbox, read and write default SMS centre number and many other features like
battery and signal level, hardware and software revision and date, phone
model type and IMEI. You can send simple text, Unicode strings, flashing and
picture messages, ringtones, Operator Logos and CLI Logos.
Learn more on official TOxygen SMS Component site:
http://www.oxygensoftware.co.uk/products/tsms/
Both of our products require technological F-Bus cable for data
communication.
