One of the keys on my phone is starting to wear out already, it seems.
On the round navigation control, the left button is getting harder to
press. It doesn't click like the other buttons, it's feeling soft and
mushy, but still works.
I'm assuming it's the switch itself, are these replacable? I know I've
seen replacement keypads for sale, basically the rubber part with the
lettering on it, but don't know about the switch mechanism itself.
Or is this something Nokia would need to fix?

the key buttons are embedded (you can find it once you removed the
faceplate)
