Hi,

I've had a 3300 for just over a week and have noticed a couple of
problems and wondered if anyone else was having them.

When listening to the radio, regardless of station, it seems to go from
a good sounding stereo to a poor sound, sorta like listening to a stereo
station with the mono switch on. Both headphones still are working.

The profiles don't seem to want to stay where they have been set. I'll
set vibration to on and it still won't vibrate or I'll select a
different ring tone and it won't play that one. It will show that I've
made the selections but not execute them.

Mine is one for the Canadian market so it has the full qwerty keypad.
