    Wht do you care. The people in the store won't even think of it as a
    possibility. And unless they just happen to have a T-Mobile or other carriers
    SIM there is no way that they can tell anyway. There is no menu item that says
    that it is unlocked.

    Your locking it to a network by that code .. different codes will lock to
    different networks. If the simcard in the phone WOULD be blocked by that
    code, it probably wont do it.
