I'm looking for a new faceplate just like the one that Nokia uses to
    advertise their phone. Anyone?

Be advised that it's no "simple" task to change the covers on the
6340, 6360, 6310i. You need a torx screwdriver as well as you have to
manipulate several clips on the phone and risk messing it up real
good. It's not an "Xpress-on" cover like you see in other models such
as 3595, 6610, etc. etc. Proceed at your own risk.

Prceed at your own risk - fair enough. But it isn't difficult to do if a
little care is exercised. The clips on the sides are a little on the
fragile side, but so long as you don't force anything, there shouldn't be a
problem. If anyone still wants to attempt it, dismantle instructions are on
the UselessInfo site in my sig.
