    Hi,

    I bought a Nokia 3595 from the NokiaUSA & LetsTalk website. But the
    website shows an phone with silver or gold metallic color cover plate.
    But from the chat and questions with csr revealed that they are
    shipping me a blue color one. They said its the standard.

    My question is if this is the standard why then they show a different
    color one on the website? Why dont they show the one they will ship or
    standard? Or why not they include something like the computer ads
    shows with a monitor but at the bottome of the image they say *monitor
    not included or sold separately? This way I would have made a better
    selection of phone. I hate to walk around with a color phone like a
    teenager or girl.

    If they really want to promote the 3595 why dont then they throw a
    free paceplace or give an option to change the faceplace when we
    order?

    Will Nokia correct this? I will give the phone a try and if not to my
    expectation I am going to return it. Iam not going to put another 10$+
    to switch a faceplate.

    I hate NokiaUSA/Letstalk attitude that u take what we give..
    Hope Nokia read this if they do care. Or going to loose many more
    customers.

    In case you haven't noticed, there are at least four different 3595's.

    TMobile's version is a silvery/gold color (its the one on the main page for
    Nokia 3595)
    AT&T's is the blue one
    Cingular's is a dark grey
    and AT&T's Go Phone version is a silvery white, with a different keypad than
    the above ones

    I'm guessing you ordered the AT&T one.

    Do you think maybe that you should ask them these questions?

    I doubt that your little dilemma will have one bit of an effect on NOKIA,
    whatsoever

    Thanks, its a silver/gold color. Very nice. I wasn't sure of the color
    till I got it in my hand. Looks very cute. I love this right away. Now
    it all depends on TMo's service.

    Same thing for me regarding the 6340 faceplate. The website has shown the
    dark gray, but as far as I can tell, it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy one, even from
    Nokia. How weak...
