I'm not exactly sure what made the things to straighten
out but after I installed a Bluetooth Driver Update for
22xx series and "smart GSM" utility I was able to use my
PDA to send/receive SMS via 6310i. I tried a few other
tools but I made a decision to buy "smart GSM" after a
few minutes of playing with it. First of all, it works,
and secondly, it works really well!
