DCT4 unlock question...

I managed to unlock my 7650 with a +1# code.

Is a +1 unlock sufficient enough to class the phone as sim free?
(In the sense that I could now sell it on ebay as sim free)

Well if there is no SIM with the phone then it's "SIM free" if you mean
unlocked, then yes.
