7250i

Hi, a friend of mines 7250i restarts everytime he changes wallpaper. Is this
a bug or faulty phone, anyone know.

Its a bug and it sounds like he is changing the wallpaper in the
gallery. Try this way, should work fine.

Menu > Settings > Display Settings > Wallpaper

Dare I say... well I neva...

I had this problem too - although it didn't restart, but shut the screen
down...
