I have a problem this message keeps coming up

Application Messaging Watcher
Reason Code E32USER-CBase
Reason number 47

Can some one help
is there a way to totally reset phone and re install software

try deleting all INI files by takin the batt out, replace the batt, then
while it boots hold down ctrl+shift+I (letter "i"). the delete all ini
files? Q will pop up, select YES/OK.

That has done the Job you are a life saver
