Problems with Nokia 6800 PC COM connection

Hey

I was just trying to synchronize the data on my phone with my computer but
the Nokia PC Suite does not want to detect my phone. Did anyone encounter
any connectivity problems through a COM cable with a computer running
Windows 2000 SP4? If you did pls give me a hint on how to solve this.

OMFG I got an answer from Nokia support faster than from you guys. Anyways
in case you lazy asses didn't know, YOU CANNOT USE A SERIAL CABLE WITH NOKIA
6800!!!
