Yes. Lots of bells and whistles. I just doesn't take pictures.

The 3650 is the best phone available in the USA currently. Lots of features;
great battery life, camera, video, bluetooth connectivity, etc. Nothing else
here come close.

If all this proves correct, I'll be a very happy man! Today, I got one of
them for better than free: -$50.00 with a new plan. This means that after
the rebate I'll get $50.00. A guy from CarToys told me he wouldn't be able
to sell any more of these phones for the same price, so he asked me not to
tell my friends about it...
