I have a Nokia 3560. Only a couple weeks old so it may not be such a
big deal. Just ship it back to the store for replacement?
I answered a call the other day while it was ringing and vibrating.
When I answered the call, it continued to vibrate. I could not hear
them. I had to hang up.
Today I was wondering why I got no calls. It turned out that I missed
several calls. I called my own cell phone from a landline and the call
went through but no ring and no vibrate.
I checked the settings and it WAS setup properly to ring and vibrate
just as it had been. I turned the phone off and removed the battery
for a few seconds. I then re-inserted the battery and turned the phone
back on. Now if works fine again ringing and vibrating?
I suspect this is a software issue? Anyone else have this problem?
I wanted to check the software version to see if I possibly had an old
    version but dont know how to check it? I tried * # 0 0 0 0 # but
    nothing happened.
    Anyone?

Try *#06# for your software version.
Also you could try to reset to factory defaults.
On My 3650 it used to 'hold on' to some settings even if I changed them.
    Resetting cured it.
