Go to your network operator's web site, and look for a link to "WAP/GPRS
phone configurator" or "Getting started with Wap and GPRS" or whatever they
might call it. Most mobile phone operators that support WAP and GPRS do have
such a page. Follow the instructions on the screen, and all the settings
needed for you to start using the WAP will be sent to the phone as a special
SMS. Select "Accept" to install the settings in the phone. The phone is
capable of keeping several sets of settings, for different operators, for
exsample, and there is a submenu in the wap/services menu where you select
    which one to use.

I did exactly this last evening when I helped my wife to start wapping on
her new 3510i. It took about three minutes to do the whole configuration,
including the visit to the mobile operator's web site (In fact, that was
what took most of the time, to locate the configurator page ;-).
