3100 & contact font size

I have just bought a 3100 and while playing with it changed the contact font
size to large but cant figure how to get it back to small!

Can anyone enlighten me on how to do this as the manula is useless!

Hi,
Thanks for the speedy reply, but.....

It doesnt give me the option to select small fonts. If i highlight
largefonts and and press ok it just maintains the large size. I cannot see
how to select small fonts again.

contacts > settings > contacts view > name and number

That changes it back to a smaller font.
