Oxgen Phone Manger problem reading MS Outlook contacts

I am very interested in the Oxygen Phone Manager software and am trying it
out using the trial version. I have version 2.1 Build 9.1. I am able to
read data from my Nokia 3585i phone just fine. However, I am interested
mostly in importing my contacts from Outlook into the phone. When I choose
Phonebook/Import I have three options for MS Outlook. I have tried all
three. When I choose Import "MS Outlook (Custom Folder)", it prompts me to
select a folder. When I choose "Contacts" it starts to import but then
immediately says, "0 entries were imported successfully". I have tried it
with Outlook open and closed and it doesn't seem to matter. It appears to
be looking at my contacts folder, but still can't import anything. Any
ideas?
