6310i. Have audio problems when using Bluetooth handsfree. S/W v5.50.
I have been informed (and I SHOULD have asked at the time!) that there is a
problem with the (wait for it....) PA, and that the handset will need to
go away for repair.
Now, without seeming an absolute &n+b!!, does anyone know the DEFINITIVE
answer as to what the "PA" represents (while talking audio and Bluetooth).
Would appreciate any feedback, if anyone has the answer to this one. :-)
Cheers guys.

PA is the power amplifier. If it's broken, it will affect the
receiving/transceiving signals (network). You probably just need a SW
upgrade to V 05.51.

Re: Okay, let's see he may know the answer to this one....
Cheers "Hlm"
It's not just a software upgrade that'll fix it.
Nokia agent actually made the comment about the PA, when I handed it over.
They normally effect s/w upgrade, but said that a flash would NOT cure the
problem, and they don't have the facilities to correct the PA problem.
Everything else seems okay (Tx/Rx). It's only when using BT handsfree that
the mod is affected. :-(
Cheers for your feedback. I had an idea it "may" have been the Power Amp, or
Pre Amp, or a variety of other items that I could think of that start with P
and A !
Thanks
