Problems with Nokia 6310 I with GPRS

I use a nokia 6310 i and a gprs provider.
I can receive email, but when I want to send them, I got a error.
Need ssl connection ?
What are the problems and where i can get mor informations.

Try using another free mail provider such as www.softhome.net - generally
works well with my phone.
