Can anyone help I have a Nokia 6600, when I turn it on, keep coming up with
Sim Service (Its on Vodafone UK with Carphone Warehouse) how do I stop this

What is the last line of the number on your SIM (should start with a 'G' or
an 'L')

The last line of numbers on the sim card is "L203"

It is the Vodafone "how are you?" greeting that you see popping up when you
boot your phone up. They started putting that on their SIM's a while ago. I
have the same setup as you... it is mildly annoying but I can live with it.
